Moving my blog

I've made the decision to move my blog.  Don't get me wrong I still think Posterous is great but for some of the stuff I've been doing recently I want more of a playground.  In a recent ship it day at work a small group of us ran with an idea around WebRTC which I've written a post about (coming soon).  The trouble is though that there's a few examples that I'd like to put along with it which Posterous doesn't really cater to.  This coupled with the fact that I don't have any side projects or businesses going on at the moment mean that I'm going to "roll my own". I've decided to write in in .Net using the MVC framework to get me up and running quickly.  I did look at a few of the options that were already out there but they were either fully fledged CMS systems which as I'm a developer I don't really want or weren't quite what I was looking for.  It probably means that a few of my blog posts over the coming weeks will be related to anything I think is interesting enough to blog about it while I create it.  It will all be open source as well so for anyone interested I will publish the link once it's started.  For those of you interested Nick, a friend of mine from work, is also writing a new blog engine for his site using nodejs so with his permission I'll post the link as well.

So soon a few of you might see a slightly different landing page to the one you're used to.  Although those of you pulling from my RSS feed hopefully won't even notice the difference!
